Users of PDF editors include salespeople, realtors, recruiters, and HR employees. It also allows users to save time converting paper records into digital ones. The PDF editor software benefits various users, especially those who frequently work with contracts, invoices, online forms, resumes, and reports.
Other solutions have only a few functionalities, such as splitting, merging, or compressing PDFs. It's just the amount of garbage documents and other users reliance on a proprietary application (with a deprecated and unsafe feature set) which make me occasionally doubt in which time we live in. I was able to clearly see which fields and checkboxes can be filled and I was able to save the document with my modifications. Update 2023: It turns out Firefox can handle such documents well when they are properly formatted.
